Endacopia Endings
Endacopia currently exposes three primary endings plus one bonus ending unlocked after seeing all three. The primary endings branch from a single Chapter 2 choice (which saw you hand to the Red Guy); ending C layers additional secret-puzzle and boss-fight requirements on top of that same epilogue.
Shared Prerequisite / Branch Table
| Branch | Required choice | Outcome (very short) |
|---|---|---|
| Ending A | Give the toy hand saw to the Toilet → Ending A ("Family!"). Defeat Henry at the God's mouth; everyone Mellow helped escapes with him. | |
| Ending B | Give the real hand saw to the Toilet → Ending B ("Family?"). The Red Guy cuts Henry open; Mellow wanders the desert to his birth family. | |
| Ending C | Complete all three secret puzzles, fight every boss, then pick the toy saw → Ending C ("Family."). The Surgeon's ritual completes; Mellow and the Surgeon are crushed. | |
Ending A — Family!
Prerequisite
Give the toy hand saw to the Toilet during the Chapter 2 epilogue.
Route
After the three hub bosses are resolved, head to the cliff edge and climb through the hole to the mouth room. The Henry boss fight is mandatory — lure him into hitting the God's uvula to damage him, then escape with every character you helped along the way.
Outcome
Mellow, his friends, and the Red Guy are expelled from the dying God's body. Henry is impaled through a mailbox. The group starts a new life in the desert and ends roasting marshmallows together.
Ending B — Family?
Prerequisite
Give the real hand saw to the Toilet during the Chapter 2 epilogue.
Route
When the door sequence opens, look for the missing tooth in the mouth room. Pass through to the desert and reach two houses; the second house is the Thompson family home, with a baby sister waiting in the upstairs bedroom.
Outcome
The Red Guy escapes with Henry killed; Mellow wanders the desert and finds his biological family — emotionally neglectful apart from his baby sister, who asks for a bedtime story. The game cuts to black as Mellow begins to tell her about Endacopia.
Ending C — Family.
Prerequisite
Do NOT fight Clockey in the prologue (give the Red Guy the password "Cheshire" directly). Complete all three secret puzzles: metal detector in Misery Town's cinema, fishing paper on Timesville's beach, telescope at the Office entrance. Fight every boss; pick the toy saw during the Chapter 2 epilogue.
Route
After all three areas are complete and the secret puzzles cleared, head to Mellow's room in the Chapter 3 epilogue. Clockey is back in a much harder rematch; defeat them and climb through the wall square. Crawl down to the surgeon's office inside the God's heart. You may type questions to the Surgeon before the ritual completes.
Outcome
The Bride merges with the dying God. The Surgeon and Mellow are crushed as part of the ritual. The partially reanimated God rises and stares at the camera.
Yeti Ending (Bonus)
Prerequisite
Triggered automatically after Ending A, B, and C have all been completed in a single save.
Route
When you next boot the game, Andyland appears on the computer screen in a Yeti costume. Choose any dialogue, agree to hear a song, then clear the Dance Dance Revolution-styled dance mini-game that follows.
Outcome
A short comedic scene with the game's creator; an additional achievement ("The Yeti") unlocks. It is a creator-cameo / reward ending rather than a narrative resolution.
Save-State & Backtracking
If you have only seen one of Ending A or B, build a near-complete Chapter 1 save just before each area's boss (Misery Town: when everyone is told to leave; Timesville: when the waterfall path is revealed after the Ozzie tape; Office: once you have the Core Key and productivity is maxed). Back up the save folder ("%USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\Endacopia\" on Windows, the Steam compatdata path on SteamOS), then finish your second ending and restore the backup to push into Ending C without replaying everything.
No ending is officially labelled "canon" or "true" by Andyland in current research. Community labels like "good ending" or "bad ending" are interpretations, not first-party statements.
